Abigale Cross is a young woman of indeterminate origin. She carries herself with an air of aloofness, akin to someone not entirely connected to reality. Though she can be personable in discussions, there is always something just slightly off about her demeanor, as if something something eerie was lurking behind those dead black eyes.

Details

Abigale stands at 5 fulms 11 ilms, on the tall side for a midlander woman. Her frame is slim, making her more agile but at the cost of raw strength. Both of her darkly bruised eyes are a dull black that refuse to reflect any light. Rather than iris and pupil, they have more the appearance of holes, swallowing up any light that enters and offering nothing back to the world.In coloring, Abigale is fair of skin. Her wavy red hair hangs loose about her shoulders, of which she messily cuts herself when it gets too troublesome.Abigale typically wears clothes that covers her all of her skin, as is custom when living out in the harsh conditions of the Gyr Abanian wastes. Clothes that offer any bit of protection from the sun is likely to be squirreled away for later use.Abigale's voice is light with a slight raspy quality that can be difficult to hear when speaking low. She does not tend to project her voice well, whether from some unseen damage, or a lack of awareness, it is difficult to say.At at quick glance, one could easily note the following:

■ Abigale is a little too pale for a Gyr Abanian, making her look sickly.■ The skin around both of her eyes bear dark bruises that never quite heal.■ Abigale's coat hangs heavily on her shoulders, suggesting the garment is far heavier than it should be.■ Abigale's eyes are appear more like two massive pupils than anything resembling natural eyes.■ The cigarette smoke that often wafts around the midlander carries the scent of somnus, rather than regular tabac.

There are just a few things that need to be addressed regarding roleplaying with Abigale.

This carrd is not meant to be an exhaustive profile of Abigale. There are chunks of characterization that are purposefully omitted or left vague so that details can be discovered through roleplay. Feel free to use anything present on the hooks or rumors sections freely.I am based out of the Balmung server on the Crystal data center of Final Fantasy XIV and live in the North American Pacific time zone. I am typically available in the afternoons to early evening and on weekends, as work permits.Thematically, I usually prefer more mature and dark settings that are established in a more realistic framework. While I understand that realism and the inherent fantastical nature of the setting may seem to conflict, I also prefer to interpret my own characterization and personal plots in a more grounded manner, relative to what occurs in canon lore.Romantic themes are possible, but they also will need to make sense to the character and the situation. While ERP is inevitably consequence of long term relationships, ERP simply for the sake of ERP is not something I am interested in.The line in between IC and OOC is very important and I ask you keep cognizant the fact that my character does not share my feelings. While I do seek to make friends and connections OOC, I would caution that the subject matter and inherent lack of ethics central to Abigale's business may be troubling to some players. I would advise caution before approaching for RP.
